Glass Frog LLC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to as broad an audience as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that digital accessibility is both a legal obligation and a reflection of the same operational rigor we apply to our security and compliance posture.

§ 01Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological impairments.

WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance and is the de facto benchmark for commercial websites in the United States.

§ 02What we do

To meet our accessibility standard, we work to ensure that the Site:

  • Provides text alternatives for non-text content (alt text on images, captions on video)
  • Maintains sufficient color contrast for readability
  • Supports full keyboard navigation without requiring a mouse
  • Uses semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to communicate structure to assistive technologies
  • Provides clear, persistent focus indicators for interactive elements
  • Avoids content that flashes or moves in ways that could trigger seizures
  • Is responsive across screen sizes, including mobile devices and zoom levels up to 200%
  • Is tested with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and accessibility audit tools as part of our development process

Accessibility is included in our standard quality review for new pages and significant updates, alongside performance and security review.

§ 03Ongoing effort

Web accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time project. We regularly review the Site against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria and remediate issues as they are identified. We test new features against accessibility requirements before publishing them and welcome feedback from users.

We acknowledge that some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every detail. Where gaps exist, we are committed to addressing them on a defined remediation timeline.

§ 04Third-party content

Some elements of the Site rely on third-party services — such as scheduling tools, embedded forms, and analytics — whose accessibility we do not directly control. We select vendors with strong accessibility track records and raise concerns with them when we identify issues, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party functionality.

§ 05Feedback and requests

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or if you need information from the Site provided in an alternative format, please contact us:

  • The nature of the difficulty (for example, “the contact form does not announce errors with my screen reader”)
  • The assistive technology, browser, and operating system you are using, if known

§ 06Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or the appropriate state agency. Information about your rights under the ADA is available at ada.gov.
